Is there any way to make all anonymous edits, not just ones with links on require a captcha?

First question is why? The captchas are just to slow down spammers. Second, you'd have to use Special:Contact, that isn't controlled in the UI AFAIK. Lunarity 17:33, October 1, 2012 (UTC)
It was requested by a user on the wiki, and I don't see no harm on turning it on and seeing what happens
If anything it may encourge legit anonymous editors to get an account.
And I'll get in contact in Wikia and see if I can get this turned on.
