My name is Andrew, or otherwise known as Thekingsman from Superpower Wiki. A user in the name of Hevenslovetherage was making bad faith comments to another user on my wiki. Here is his profile http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/User:HavenLuvsTheRage. He was harassing Raijin7. Here is his profile http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/User:Raijin7. At first I gave them both warnings because they were arguing that I had to stop. Then he started to say that I gave Raijin7 a soft punishment or at least I think that is what he is saying. Anyway, then he did not care weather he did get blocked or not and he literally said do it. Then the massages got worse to Raijin7 so I blocked him. He came back has a different user or a Anonymous user and so I blocked it. Then he came back again and started to mess with Raijin7's account so I blocked him again. He did tell me that he knows how to change his IP address.
I need help to block him for good but I posted a blog on community central explaining my situation and someone did respond either ask you all for help or do a range block but that would not help because IP addresses go to random places and can't do anything about it. That was yesterday and today he said that he was going to destroy my wiki.
I can't do a block on him because Ip address change randomly from different places.
I really need help with this. Is there anything that I can do or you can do to help me with this.

- Keep blocking his IP/accounts as you see them. If there's too much vandalism for you to clean up by yourself, put in a request for help by using the Vandalism Spam Task Force wiki -- the VSTF have special tools for cleaning up vandalism. Your other good option is to email Wikia staff using the Special:Contact form, as I mentioned on your blog post.
