Hello, I am admin at the Spider-Man Wiki, and the Ultimate Spider-Man Wiki. And I am having a lot of trouble with the home pages there.

For some reason, the slider, and daily poll, will not go up where there are suppose to be.

This is a example of how I want it to look like: w:c:thedailybugle:Ultimate Spider-Man Animated Series Wiki

The daily bugle wikia has just the way I like it.

And if you look on the wikis I work am talking about you will see what I mean:

Why is there a large space there? Are those wikis up to date? Is it a ad issue? I am not sure and I have been working at this for a few hours with little to no results. I need help ASAP!

Also, something is wrong with the user pages. Whenever I try to add Heading 2, I still get plain text, and when I try to add bullet points, at the end of the bullet points I get " " and I have no idea why. If anybody can help for fix this it would be very helpful.

The basic problem with your two wikis is that you are trying to spread content across both the left and right columns at the top of the page. This does not work because Wikia's top-right box ad must *always* be in the upper-right corner of the page and you will have layout issues if you try to force content across both columns at the top.
What you need to do is, search your main page for this tag:
<mainpage-leftcolumn-start gutter="20px" />
Any code on your main page that is above that tag needs to get deleted / be moved below that tag. You should not have anything above the left column's start tag. If you want content to go across both columns, you have to do so at the bottom of the page after both the left and right columns have ended. See Help:Main page column tags for more information. 20px_Rin_Tohsaka_Avatar.png Mathmagician ƒ(♫) 01:41 UTC, Sun, 05 August 2012
