I have two questions:
- What kind of behaviour is severe enough to warrant a request for a Wikia-wide ban? I currently (on the Fastmail Wikia) have a spammer who isn't just spamming, but is spamming "escort agencies", and we all know what that term is a euphemism for. Their username also reflects this.
- More to the point, how is such a request made?
