I've noticed that edits to Template pages don't show up in the Wiki Activity feed. Is there any way to change what appears on the feed? I would like template changes to appear if possible. Thanks!

This isn't possible - WikiActivity is designed as a simple interface for new users, and "templates" are considered to be an advanced thing. The best way to see all the edits on your wiki is to use the more advanced RecentChanges special page (at Special:RecentChanges) -- RandomTime 22:34, December 29, 2012 (UTC)
