How many edits have you made on that wiki? 482 edits and counting, numerous new pages as well as images and categorization.
How many days/months have you been editing there? I've been on since 2014, but had abandoned my account on one occasion and have reclaimed it later thanks to your support.
On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? The last edit by an administrator was by Cephean on April 4th 2016.
Any other information: Getting Administrator and possibly Bureaucrat status would allow me to improve the Arcanum Wiki more efficiently and push it to new limits. Arcanum still has a fan following although not many of them are aware of (or are using) this Wiki, I would like to change that over time. Also, I'm not requesting that any administrator gets their status revoked. Cephean is currently inactive but I'm certain he will be back eventually as I have talked to him in the past.
Cephean has also supported that I get promoted to administrator but hasn't had the rights to promote me himself (see these quotes from his Message Wall for details):
