I found the admin and added him for you. The reason you couldn't find him in Special:ListUsers/sysop is because you did not change the search from Users with 5 Edits to All Users as the admin has only 2 edits total. You'll need to editing on the wiki for at least a week before you can adopt the wiki, so make sure you continue to edit at least once a day before Staff review this.
