- Hello. Thank you for starting the blog about adopting YumekoChanny. However I do not see that Abetakaya has participated in the discussion. Please talk to each other and let me know on my wall what you decide about which of you should get the rights, or if you wish to co-adopt I can give you both the rights. -- Wendy (talk) 03:27, August 20, 2015 (UTC)
@Merrystar: did this require removing the admin rights of myself and ErzaTitaniaScarlet or the bureaucrat rights of CoolPikachu and Sorasky? It does not appear that Abetakaya or YumekoChanny requested this to happen. Considering the work we put into building the place it doesn't seem right. I don't oppose A/Y being admins, would've promoted them myself if I'd been aware of it and able too (since I neither ETS or I formally adopted, having been given admin rights by the crats) but don't see why giving them this authority requires stripping others of it. Our inactivity I think was largely due to our seeing the wiki as being relatively complete or informative enough. Couldn't all 6 of us be co-bureaucrats and only strip authority if there is abuse of it? talk2ty 02:15, October 5, 2015 (UTC)
