Any other information: I understand that I am submitting this adoption request under a very small amount of time and edits. However, the reasoning behind such action is the need for serious cleanup and a monitoring user with necessary tools to do so. I have been watching this wiki for some time before now, and recently have started tagging pages for deletion. Only due to this special case am I submitting this request so early.
