Adoption requests Dead Rising Wikia

What is your username?

Please link to the wiki here:

How many edits have you made on that wiki?

140. (643 now since the adoption request was made).

How many days/months have you been editing there?

About a month. My first edit was made on the 27th of August, 2013.

On the Special Pages → Special:ListUsers when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it?

Touhou FTW is the admin's name, and they last edited on the 24th of August, 2013, but this was only a talk page edit.

Any other information:

I am a dedicated wikia user and am an admin on two other wikis. The wiki has been abandoned and the admins and dedicated users have moved to a different site. I would like the opportunity to better serve the users of wikia by helping to keep this wikia updated. If I'm not able to adopt the wiki or have admin status, I would like some sort of rights to help get the wikia cleaned up at the very least. Being able to delete photos, videos, etc would be a blessing even.

According to Special:ListUsers there seems to be a bunch of active users on that wiki. Also, in order to adopt the wiki, the admin has to be at least inactive for 60 days. I suggest you to create a blog about this, so that you can discuss this with the other active users on the wiki. Lelouch Di Britannia Talk Page 09:42, September 16, 2013 (UTC)

Okay, thank you anyways. I've started a blog post to see what other users think. I am most likely going to get an outpour of other users who are not so active from the other Dead Rising website that sources information going against this decision, which I feel will hurt my chances. --Nixerix (talk) 04:44, September 18, 2013 (UTC)

Also, could you link the blog you created here. So that the staff can take a look at it. Lelouch Di Britannia Talk Page 08:46, September 18, 2013 (UTC)
Certainly. Here it is.

Hi. As it has been 30 days since the admin last edited, and you have good community support, I have gone ahead and given you admin rights. You can request bureaucrat rights in another month or so (when it has been 60 days since the other admin last edited). Good luck with the wiki! -- Wendy (talk)@fandom 04:47, September 27, 2013 (UTC)
