Based on suggestions, I've decided to go straight into another user adopting the wiki, instead of adopting it myself, and then passing on the rights. The user Arcsy has the communities full support (as seen here), so we wish to have the bureaucrat's status transfered over to the user Arcsy. (A link to her profile is found in the above link.)

How many days/months have you been editing there? For a few months.
On the Special Pages → Special:ListUsers when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? Not exactly sure. No admins really come around anymore.
Any other information:
I helped co-found the wiki with the current Founder, DeathLocket. However, she is nowhere to be seen and has been gone for a few months. I was gone for a little bit too, as life got busy, but I'm back now to start editing. There are a few editors who have really dedicated their time and effort to the wiki in our absence (as well as the other admins) and have pushed forward and did some good work from the strong initial release they gave them. I want to surprise one of them by making them admin & beuacrat. (Which I can't do, since the Founder only gave me admin status.) I plan to be an active editor, but the others really need Admin rights, as they are VERY limited without them.
