Any other information: Minry was the only admin and bureaucrat on the wiki, and with them being inactive for over a year there's really no way to make sure anything on the wiki is actually safe. I asked on a blog post a week ago talking about a new admin and bureaucrat, and the response has been positive. (The conversation about a new admin actually started here though)
If this request is accepted, I would like to have bureaucratic along with admin rights to prevent the scenario of not having active admins on the wiki from happening again.
