Since the wiki's users are semi-active, I created a blog post explaining my reasoning for putting in this request. You can find the post here.
FernFTW is currently the only administrator. Various features such as renaming images, changing the navigation bar, and many others are unavailable which makes it difficult to keep the wiki up to date.
I have experience with being an administrator; I do my best to keep the wiki looking polished and interact with other users in a patient and friendly manner.
