Adoption requests First Law Wiki

Username: Sithwist

Wikia URL: http://firstlaw.wikia.com/wiki/First_Law_Wiki

Current edit count: 482 so far

How long I have edited there: Two weeks, since March 6th

Last admin to edit and when: Werthead, one isolated edit on feb 27 2014, before that he hadn't edited since 2011

Other information: Hi, I really hope to make the First Law Wiki look great, be useful, and to build a community around it, which is why I would like to have admin rights. The wiki is neglected : the founder hasn't been on in years, and Werthead the admin hasn't edited since 2011, apart from one edit in February 2014.

I have left a message on Werthead's talk page about a week ago, asking for adminship, but he hasn't replied even though he's logged in several times since then.

Thanks for your time, --Sithwist (talk) 14:44, March 18, 2014 (UTC)

Still, that one edit resets the 60 days criterium. --Tupka217 15:05, March 18, 2014 (UTC)
Yeah, I thought as much. No harm in trying though, eh? --Sithwist (talk) 17:45, March 18, 2014 (UTC)

Unofficial response (Please wait for an official response by Fandom Staff):
Haya! As per Tupka, that does reset the "Admin-activity counter". However I've also seen in similar circumstances where Staff agrees more admins would better serve the local community, especially where a bureaucrat is lacking.
I see you've messaged Werthead, but also open a Forum or blog, or simply message Jokery (as the sole other recent contributor) to discuss *Additional* Leadership, and who should have what. Provide a link to Werthead to invite him into the discussion (he may want Bureaucrat rights) as well as posting the links to all that here. Allow 7 days for replies. Even though you opened this request, it can also be amended to serve the community's decision so reached.
Meanwhile *you* continue to edit until Staff can evaluate it all. However this shakes out, Good Luck to you and the wiki! --Love Robin (talk) 18:00, March 18, 2014 (UTC)
Thanks for the advice Robin, I did as you said. Here's the link to the discussion. --Sithwist (talk) 19:30, March 18, 2014 (UTC)

Hey. I'm A-OK with Sithwist being admin. The wiki does need some TLC and Siwthwist has done a TON of good edits. --Jokery (talk) 12:29, March 19, 2014 (UTC)

Hi. I've given you admin rights. Good luck with the wikia! -- Wendy (talk) 04:55, March 28, 2014 (UTC)
