Hello, as far I know, there have to be no admins to have edited in the past 60 days, and it looks today an admin edited. ------Runningfireclawheart
- Unofficial response (Please wait for an official response by Fandom Staff):Yes, that is correct. Now, it appears they don't have bureaucratic rights to promote other users. Since they do not posses the bureaucratic rights to promote other users, they can either endorse your adoption so that you'll receive the rights, or they can create their own to receive bureaucratic rights, and promote others.

If Big Pauly16 would like to promote you he can contact me on my wall/talk page, or submit a request to gain bureaucrat rights so he can promote you (or others) himself.
