Adoption requests Future Wiki

What is your username? DaneOfScandinavy (talk)

Please link to the wiki here: http://future.wikia.com/

How many edits have you made on that wiki? 3.046 - that is more than the current admin, Jonano

How many days/months have you been editing there? Since June 29 2011

On the Special Pages → Special:ListUsers when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? That has to be Jonano, and the last time he edited was on June 5. But the only thing he ever does is editing his own user page once in a while and making all those automatic welcome messages.

Any other information: I will go through your guidelines and make an answer for each line...

  • Is the wiki inactive?
  • No sustained editing by other users. If there are other users please start a blog post or other public discussion of new leadership before making your request and allow users at least a week to respond. Three days ago, I made a blog post and two polls about the topic. Six users now support me. I have also contacted another admin who is no longer active, and he had no objections.
  • Admins have been inactive for 60 days or more Jonano has been active in the last 60 days, but as I said, he doesn't do much.
  • Are you eligible to adopt?
  • You have not adopted another wiki in the last month I have never adopted a wiki before, but I have once made one myself.
  • You have not been blocked on another Wikia project No.
  • Are you contributing to the wiki's content?
  • You have edited on the wiki for at least a week (the more the better) I have edited since June 29 2011.
  • You have created at least one new page (the more the better) I have created lots and lots of new pages.
  • You are currently editing the wiki I'm working with many different scenarios, and I also edit other pages.
  • Are you building the community?
  • You make an effort to talk to other users -- you've left friendly and encouraging messages on user talk pages and responded to questions on article talk pages, forums, or blogs. I have given some advice to another user, and I tell vandals to stop vandalizing, even on pages that aren't my own.
  • You keep the wiki looking well-tended and up to date -- update news sections, add new pictures and videos related to the topic, etc. I regularly edit pages that have not been made by myself.

I look forward to getting an answer from you! DaneOfScandinavy (talk) 14:20, June 13, 2013 (UTC)

Hi. Your contributions look good -- thank you for the links to the blog and for talking to the admin. I've given you admin and bureaucrat rights. Good luck with the wiki! -- Wendy (talk) 03:33, June 27, 2013 (UTC)
