On the Special Pages → Special:ListUsers when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? Gcheung28 (founder): Last mainspace edit: 31 July, 2014. Last wall edit: 11 October, 2014, but edit was a reply to my message in which she suggested that I adopt the wiki (w:c:gracepoint:Thread:2184).
Any other information: I would like to adopt this wiki so I can make some key changes that cannot be done by regular users, such as updating the navigation bar to have it link to more pages, such as episodes, and redesigning the infoboxes, a task made much easier by the presence of a CSS style sheet. Apart from one editor who made two changes to the wiki, I have been the only person who has edited the mainspace since the show on which the wiki is based has begun airing. I have tried to edit every day in my time zone since I started editing there, even if not much on some days, and will continue to do so, despite the only 2 episodes worth of content so far that can be used to make pages. I have never adopted a wiki before directly (the DWA adoption in 2012 was complicated), and definitely have not done so within the last month, and I don't know of any block on me elsewhere on the Wikia network. I have created quite a few pages and have actively tried to communicate with the current admin who is also the only other person who has done major editing there. I have tried to update the wikis content as soon as I have been able following the release of a new episode.
I hope you agree to give me the admin tools needed to raise the Gracepoint Wiki to the standard it need, giving readers better access to pages of information while the series is still young, so they would feel more like returning and possibly editing as the series matures, as well as improving the way in which the information once found is presented with improved infoboxes and other information display templates. I have been an admin on several wikis in the past and so know how to use these tools to the advantage of the wiki, and know how to work with other users once they start showing up. Hello there! First, everything looks great! You have definitely put a lot of hard work into the wiki. Usually, the Founder should give you the rights, but since Gcheung28 is Staff, they usually prefer for you to make an adoption. All you need to do now is to keep actively editing, and you'll be good to go! :D
