How many edits have you made on that wiki? I made up 23 edits until now, and still counts.
How many days/months have you been editing there? For a while now, i even made templates, cleaned the code in some pages that i still do, and so on. The day that i first joined that wiki/site was April 24th, 2014.
On the Special Pages → Special:ListUsers when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? The last one was someone by the username LUFFIONE which of course as you see he was also the founder of that wiki, that last edited on (16:54), December 12, 2012. And last logged in, at April 5, 2013 (17:11).
Any other information: Here is some other information, that i am not new to the wikia community/editing and so on. In another wiki i made up 2,500+ edits and still continue to. Name of the other wiki is Wiki Ippo. I have bureaucrat rights in that wiki for some time now and probably the most active i can say? But that one has a great active admin, so that's not the problem here. The wiki that i want to adopt, i would like to help it with pages by becoming admin, such as make more categories, which does not have a lot, change it's design, make more templates (mostly portals) and to make the main page look better. Perhaps even put a new logo. I am the only active user with a few non-wiki users (Wikia contributors), that edit rarely, once a while.
The are two users who seem to be active but in other wikis, not in this one. Names here > Sioraf.killeens and Monkey D. Natsu.

I will see if I can talk with the contributors that edit in the wiki, and about the other two users should I make a blog?
