Could you also remove admin rights from pehydend. They have been gone for 9 years now.
Update 13/1/17: The two posts have been up for a week now. No replies have been received.
You have to edit consistently for 3 more days. If, in fact, Savaemaz edits tomorrow, you will have to ask for his approval in adoption.
