Haya! Uhm… this is not what Adoptions are for. The Adoption process is for users to adopt existing wikis which have no active administration. It certainly is not for anyone to help you decide if you should make a wiki.
Anyone can make a wiki about virtually any topic, simply by clicking the "Start a wiki" button at the top of every wikia wiki page.
If you still would like to ask others if you should make a wiki, which really only you can do that, then I recommend finding other similar wikis about Hetalia and opening blogs or forums on them. Neither Central nor the Adoption process is the place for this. Central can help you with issues once you *make* a wiki, not before.

Hello. Um, I wanted to make a wiki where Hetalians can write fanfics and such, like fan made episodes and seasons.
It's a Hetalia-related wiki, because I love Hetalia.
