On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? WarriorCatz6, December 9, 2015, though it was their own profile page saying that they are not nearly as active on the wiki as they used to be. Prior to that was September 21, 2014.

The community recently started being semi-active again. Mostly on the "Passes" page and not adding new pages.
In order to be eligible for adopting that wiki, you have to edit on it consistently for at least a week. Before today, you hadn't edited on it in over a month. Make sure you continue to edit at least every day or two before Staff review this. Also, it looks like there are other users active on that wiki, so you will need to post a forum or a blog to let them know that you're attempting to adopt that wiki, get their opinions on it, and you should also post a link to it. Uhhh an adoption for the english Howrse Wikia! I am so exited for this and I hope that you will get the rights soon. I agree on Annabeth and Percys arguments. Usually you have to edit constantly a week, but I see that you were already active again in April 2015 so maybe that counts. Also it would be great if you could just make a blog here like the first admin did it here so the other Wikia-users see that you want to lead the community. As the admin of the german Howrse Wikia I just want to say that if you have any problems with the content, structure or design that I will be here to help or guide you in your job as an admin if you haven't made some experience yet.
