Adoption requests Idle Online Universe Wiki

What is your username? Vosavo

Please link to the wiki here: http://iourpg.wikia.com/wiki/Idle_Online_Universe_Wiki

How many edits have you made on that wiki? 1,329 +

How many days/months have you been editing there? Approx: 3 weeks

On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? 21:29, 2 February 2016 SimStar

Any other information:

I'm only looking to be Administrator as I require the ability to add scripts that affect a user on the page.

I have been editting this wiki constantly for 2 weeks, took a 1 week break, (after somebody wanted me to review my edits, I did) now have been back on constantly for another week. Wiki was missing lots of information before I came and only has 1 user with higher authority; yet this wiki is used highly for the Game (IOU). I've asked things from this user (SimStar) without a response. Bobogoobo directed me here.

EDIT: looking for Administrator, would not want to completely overrule the founder.

I was suggested here by community member http://iourpg.wikia.com/wiki/Thread:3870 (half way down post)

- If more community members are required I can ask for more opinions.

Unofficial response (Please wait for an official response by Fandom Staff):
This wiki is ineligible for adoption, as there was admin activity within the last 60 days. Discuss it with the local bureaucrat(s); if they say no or do not respond, there's nothing else you can do. --Tupka217 23:17, February 28, 2016 (UTC)
Unofficial response (Please wait for an official response by Fandom Staff):
If a bureaucrat is ignoring messages from someone trying to adopt or asking for rights on the wiki, Staff will take that into account when reviewing adoptions. Though you need to show Staff where you tried asking without a response. In the scenario of an "ignoring admin", the user seeking to gain rights may ask the community on their input of adopting, and that will in turn overrule the silence of a bureaucrats part. --Icier 02:53, February 29, 2016 (UTC)

Hello. The bureaucrat has been inactive for 30 days, so I can certainly promote an admin on that wikia, but you would not be able to promote your friend who wrote the script without bureaucrat rights. So it might be preferable if he adopted the wikia. In either case you would need to have a community discussion where everybody supported you (or him, or somebody else) gaining the rights. You should also leave the bureaucrat a link to that discussion. Let me know on my wall after it has been up for a week and I can grant admin rights to one user. When the bureaucrat has been inactive for 2 months (60 days) then I can grant bureaucrat rights or appoint another admin as well. -- Wendy (talk 06:13, March 11, 2016 (UTC)
Hello. I've given you admin rights. Good luck with the wikia! -- Wendy (talk 03:16, March 23, 2016 (UTC)
