Adoption requests Inkheart Wiki

What is your username?

Please link to the wiki here:

How many edits have you made on that wiki?
(I know this doesn't look much, but look at it this way, two of the admins actually had a number lower than this)

How many days/months have you been editing there?
Browsed it over a year ago, but only actually started editing a day or so.
So I've read I'd have to be on the wiki for more than a week.
I've noted the requirement, but I'm filing it in early. It really is about the Wiki-navigation, I honestly don't need to keep the admin status after it gets changed. Full explanation is below.

On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it?

Any other information:
This is what I wrote to wikia and didn't really get a helpful answer:

Is there an option for being a temporary administrator? I understand being a administrator isn't something to take lightly, and I admit I'm not so sure if the wiki necessarily needs a "new leadership", let alone it being me; frankly, it sounded like an awfully extra lot of responsibility that didn't accord to me; I don't want to be an administrator so I can "lead" people on that wiki, but more like, in my understanding, administrators are the only people allowed to edit Wiki-navigation? THAT is the only thing I think that's direly needed to be changed ASAP! Other edits I can do it as regular users, but the navigation really does not showcase nor help conveniently locating pages on the wiki.

The stats show quite clearly that most of the admins haven't been around to edit on the said wiki, some haven't even been on wikia the site itself for a few years; I coincidentally know one of the admins from another wiki and asked him if he plans to come back, the answer was "not for now."

Can you do something about this? Again, I'm not asking for authorization for the sake of wanting to get a glorious title as some kind of ruler; it really is just about changing the navigation. Once that is done, I'm more than happy to be just a regular user, but then again, seeing that no admins had been around to do edits on the said wiki, it doesn't hurt to have someone watching over, even if it's just shortly.

I am indeed relatively new to wikia as an actual user; before registration, I mainly browse, not edit, so I'm not familiar with how a lot of things work. I did not plan to adopt the wiki, but after sending my questions to wikia, the reply I received directed me here, so it seems like this is the only choice; I really just want to improve the ill-functioned navigation, the rest of the wiki isn't that bad. Thanks for reading, hope to hear from you ASAP!

Hi there! I have been on this wiki for a solid 6-day now! =D
Unfortunately, later tonight I will be on a bus on a night-ride going to WonderCon, and will arrive there tomorrow morning, with the event being a good day long after my arrival. I will only again have a night-ride heading back home tomorrow night, and get back home where I can edit the next morning after that, which is Monday. I'm actually still debating if I should bring my laptop with me (the chances are super slim), but most likely I won't be able to edit tomorrow, hence, the breaking editing streak of the required 7 days. I hope you guys can be lenient on this one.--Sammm✦✧(talk) 18:35, April 4, 2015 (UTC)

Although I did end up bringing my laptop on the trip, it wasn't exactly a comfortable surrounding to do edits; I did edit on another wiki but it was also because they had more stuff, therefor having more minor stuff for quick fixes, whereas Inkheart wiki, in comparison, needed a full on restructuring. I did try to make up the breaking streak by editing twice as much today; although it was only on two articles, I had to throughly read through the content to sort out where they belong (still not entirely done with the process). I really hope I can here from you guys ASAP!--Sammm✦✧(talk) 04:30, April 7, 2015 (UTC)
Hello. Thanks for your efforts to keep editing regularly! I have given you admin and bureaucrat rights. If you do not wish to keep them after you have made the changes you mentioned, you can remove them from yourself using Special:UserRights. But you may find they come in handy for other things as well if you keep them -- I left some tips and links on your wall. Good luck with the wikia! -- Wendy (talk@fandom 07:56, April 10, 2015 (UTC)
