You will need to be actively contributing on that wiki for a whole week before you'll be allowed to adopt it. There seems to be other users on there, so you would need to make either a blog or forum to let them know that you're attempting to adopt this wikia and get their opinions on it. You should also provide a link to it as well. Also, the last admin that edited would have to have been inactive for at least two months, and it hasn't been that long since an admin last edited on there, so you would have to wait until February 18th to adopt that wiki.
