Any other information: Currently there is nobody to assign administration rights - the wikia's only bureaucrat Omegabrain is inactive. The only admin there (still active) has expressed no interest in adoption and has approved if I would apply instead (discussion). Other users of the wikia did not respond to posts regarding adoption (here and here).
You look good for the most part. You'll need to post links to where you had the discussion with the active admin about the adoption, as well as with the other active users. If you made a blog or a forum, I'd suggest bumping it up and letting them know what you place your adoption. And make sure you edit at least once a day before Staff review this.
