Wiki was abandoned by the Administrators and the Founder, I left a message to main administrator, but I didn't got reply. I have some plans for her, and I think we should implement them.
Unfortunately, you put down the wrong admin that last edited on there, which was actually Wong Kentir, not Fate Kage, which was on February 5th. An admin would need to be inactive for 60 days before you can adopt it. Wong Kentir isn't a bureaucrat, therefore can't give you rights, but Fate Kage is, so if you want rights on there, you would need to ask him.
