On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it?

They have not been on since October 29, 2016

We need access in order to organize everything and choose editors if possible. This wiki was less then 50% complete and now it is getting done. Minus the few obstacles we have in order to organize and manage the wiki.
