In order to be able to adopt a wiki, all admins would have to be inactive for at least 60 days, which Crystal Shadows hasn't been. If you'd like to gain rights, you'll have to ask her.--
Annabeth and Percy and ElectricSupernova is correct. You have to ask Crystal for the rights and if she goes inactive for 60 days which is equals to 2 months. You have to edit there for a weeek and you can adapt it.
