Hi. I´d like to add to Joseph´s response that this wiki is ineligible to adopt because of another reason. The last admin that edited was indeed Lord Opeth but his last edit was, with the exception of automated messages, on 27 July 2014. You can see this on his contributions pages. This makes so that he is not inactive for the 60 days required. He is, however a bureaucrat so you can ask him for the rights. Good Luck. (The Great Lord David (talk) 16:55, August 24, 2014 (UTC))
