Any other information:
I'm looking to be able to delete a few inappropriate pages and add a section to the main page. Other than that, the basic page edits I can do without any special privlages. I've written on the bureaucrat's and one admin's wall, politely requesting assistance and have recieved no reply. It looks like they have been away from the wiki for quite a while.
I'd like to get the foundations of this wiki set up early, since the game is not even in beta yet. Once the foundation pages and formatting are in place, the community can add information as it becomes available.
