Any other information: Hi. I was wondering if it was possible I could have bureaucrat rights? I already have admin rights, but since the only other bureucrat was blocked, I would like to have those rights, so that I am able to promote other users instead. I know it has not been 60 days, but since she is blocked, I don't she a reason to wait for nothing.
