According to c:role-play:Special:ListUsers, Morisondo is the only bureaucrat/sysop. They have only 37 edits, the last of which on March 21, 2012.
Any other information:
The intended goal of the wiki was slightly different than what I had in mind. In my sandbox (link) on the wiki, I have made a list of pages that I am planning on moving to content namespace when I receive the rights.
I also put a message on the Main Page for passers-by of the wiki, as well as placed a message on Morisondo's talk page, neither of which have been responded to. Apart from myself, there is one more person with edits on the wiki, Atomic Angel (contributions), who is helping me out with it.
