Any other information:
There is only one other active user beside me, and we have already talked about the need for an administrator for the wiki right here. It is near the end of the discussion under the heading "Thought".
14 days back, that is before my arrival here, almost all of its pages were empty. Now, the two of us have already made good progress on adding information, and the need for some admin tools have become important for making some improvements to the wiki that only an admin can.
I would also like to ask if it is possible to remove the administrator and bureaucrat rights for three users in my wiki, as they have been inactive, and I don't want normal or new users to be confused and ask them for help, only for them to not respond at all. These users are Dark123456789, Delicious_Robot, Jsc101 (founder).
If this is done, will it be possible for me to give them back their administrator rights if they come back?
- Hi. Thanks for the link to the discussion. I've given you admin and bureaucrat rights.
- In terms of de-admin-ing the old admins, that is something we discourage. Yes you could give them back their rights, but if you were inactive when they returned that would not work. Generally leaving the rights does not cause any problems, and may be helpful. That said, you can remove everything but bureaucrat rights yourself; if you strongly feel the bureaucrat flags should be removed as well please make a request through Special:Contact.
