How many edits have you made on that wiki? I have made multiple edits to the Wiki.
How many days/months have you been editing there? I have just started editing this Wiki, but I am an active member of the games forums, and I have done all the work for the Wiki on gamefaqs.com Link: http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/939899-soldier-front/wiki
On the Special Pages → Special:ListUsers when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? I beleive it was April 5th, 2011 at 3:33. I'm not quite sure though.
Any other information: This wiki is terribly out of date and has a lot of wrong information. I want to adopt this Wiki because I can make it much better than it currently is, and give the best information to the users of the game.
- Unofficial response: (Please wait for an official response by a staff member)Hello, in order to adopt a wiki, you need to edit the wiki regularly. You've only made one edit, so if you want to adopt the wiki, you need to make more edits. Besides that, to clarify, the last admin was active more than 4 years ago. Good luck with editing UltravoX (talk) 21:16, September 28, 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you, I appreciate that. I have started a new wiki for the page, and I would like to find out if the wiki I referred to above can be closed. As you said, no admins have been active in 4 years, and I have notified the Soldier Front community of the new wiki. If you can tell me how I can get a page removed, that would be great. Thank you!!
- Hi. Thanks for letting us know you do not wish to adopt the wiki. You can request that the old wiki be closed and redirected through Special:Contact. Make sure you have transferred any unique content over to the new wiki as well. We have a more detailed guide for merging wikis here. -- Wendy (talk) 04:11, October 4, 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you Wendy! I'll be sure to do that!
