Actually, you must keep editing for at least one week. And that wiki's admin edited there may 20, 2018, if an admin is inactive for more than 60 days then you can apply for adoption or you can contact to Joe or Wendy.

- Hello. This wiki is not eligible to adopt because the founder last edited it on May 20th, which was just a few weeks ago. I suggest you leave him a message about either you or BillyJoeTheThird gaining rights there. If he does not respond you can make a new request when he has been inactive for 60 days, or in late July.
