How many days/months have you been editing there? Since November 17, 2016.
On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? Monochromatic Bunny on February 25.
Any other information:The wiki currently only has two admins. One is barely active, while the other (who is also the wiki's only bureaucrat) hasn't been active since September 2016. I know that recently another user has tried to adopt the wiki, however that situation has hit a dead end. I also understand that all admins have to be inactive for 60 days, however the majority of active users agree the wiki should be adopted. And with the second season of the show coming, I really want to make sure the wiki is running smoothly and safe from vandalism.

Since Monochromatic Bunny has been active within the last 60 days, you'll need to send him a message, to let him give you permission to adopt the wiki, and provide a link to the conversation here.
