- Since I posted this request, site admin Jzp-wikia, who had not edited the wiki in over two years, returned. So far he has made three new edits making a total of 16 edits since that admin joined the wiki on April 1, 2012. On my request for adoption (link above) where I said for over two years there hadn't been any active admins, that admin posted "'There hasn't been an active admin for over two years' - I call bollocks. There hasn't been anything TO admin. If you want to be changing stuff and don't have the rights, just ask." While I appreciate the support, my understanding is that an admin who is not a bureaucrat does not have to ability to elevate another editor to admin or to bureaucrat, so my request remains.
