Hello. I'm sorry, but Iqskirby needs to request his own rights on the wiki if he plans to adopt it. However promoting a user who has made only one edit two months ago does not make sense. He would also need to be active on the wiki. -- Wendy (talk)  04:48, September 7, 2018 (UTC)
