Adoption requests The Witcher Wiki

What is your username? Drewf0

Please link to the wiki here: http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/Witcher_Wiki

How many edits have you made on that wiki? 55

How many days/months have you been editing there? April 29th 2015-Still going (2 weeks)

On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? There are currently no admins or bureacrats in this wikia

Any other information:

I understand I dont have a lot of edits or have been there very long, but I believe we need to start having a bureacrat/admins around in order to control the vandalism that occurs, I understand it is simply easy to undo the work the person did, but if I adopt the wikia I can appoint other trusted wikia people and have them help in controlling the vandalism, along with adding new information about the new game, and that is another thing that I believe why I should be allowed to the adopt the wikia. The final game of the series The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt is being released in 4 days! We need people to be ready to control the surge of people that is going to come to the wikia, and make sure the wikia is orderly and calm.

I would like to add due to Joseph Hawks message about a blog, there is a blog about the adoption of the wikia and I even messages Blue Rouge about adoption to give people a chance of seeing it if they went through blogs or went to the staff member. I added it about 7 days ago. I have read the adoption guidelines and have followed them to the best of my abilities, talking to the people there, making a blog about the adoption, promoting people to edit, etc. Here is the link for the blog as proof that it has been on the wikia for 10 days: http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Drewf0/Adoption_of_the_wikia

Thank you if you took the time to read this

Unofficial response (Please wait for an official response by Fandom Staff):

Hello - there appears to be several other contributors at this wiki. According to the adoption guidelines, it is required that the adopting user make a blog/forum post/announcement of some sort explaining their intentions to adopt on an active wiki, so other users on the wiki can give their input, and comment. Be sure to link it when you are done, and let it run for 1 week. If there is a consensus amongst the users for you to receive the rights, then you'll be eligible to adopt.
Also remember to keep editing!
