Any other information:
This is a bit of an unusual request, given that I am already administrator at the site, but I would like to apply for additional bureaucrat rights.
The reason for this is that it has turned extremely burdensome to manage and organise the site almost by myself, considering that it has a lot of individual contributors, and I have to check up everything, so nothing inaccurate or inappropriate/crude, vulgar, or similar is added. All of which takes hours of work every day.
At this point I have the by far highest edit count on the wiki, and the burden keeps rising, which is exhausting for a hobby.
The other two administrators are perfectly nice people, and I like them fine, but they don't seem to have much time to spend helping me to manage the site nowadays, and the only bureaucrat, who is also a perfectly nice person who I like fine, hasn't logged in since February 6th this year, and took a few month break before that as well. He is busy with the real world, and only checks in extremely sporadically.
Basically, I think that it would help my work considerably if I gained the option to appoint more administrators to help out to manage the site, and hope that you might be able to help out in that regard. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Hiya! There appears a few other contributors at this wiki. According to the adoption guidelines, it is required that the adopting user make a blog/forum post/announcement of some sort explaining their intentions to adopt on an active wiki, so other users on the wiki can give their input, and comment on the leadership change. If you have already made one, please link it, and if not, you should create one, then link it. If there is a consensus amongst the users for you to receive the rights, then you'll be eligible to adopt. Cheers!
