Any other information:

I need admin and bureaucrat rights on the villains wiki because there are no active bureaucrats who will give me admin rights on the wiki, especially Balthus Dire, because he doesn't have bureaucrat rights. That's why i need admin rights on the wiki. Here's a blog about adopting the villains wiki: http://villains.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Robergestudios/Wiki_Adoption

Unofficial response: (Please wait for an official response by a staff member)
Please check w:c:villains:Special:Listadmins - There are 5 active administrators at the moment. Thus the wiki doesn't seem eligible for adoption. In cases like this you'd have to ask the active administrators for their opinions in your promotion, either on their talk page, or hope they comment on your blog, and keep the discussion on the wiki itself.
Adoption's are for requests upon administrator rights of inactive wikis. What you're concerned about is more a general promotion on wiki specific, and not an adoption.
If many of the administrators and active members on the wiki agree on your promotion, then that's when staff will likely come in and promote you. --•• + DeviantSerpent 17:39, August 16, 2013 (UTC)
Hi. As DeviantSerpent noted, there are a number of active admins on the wiki and it is not currently eligible for adoption. I would actually recommend they choose among themselves and have someone request bureaucrat rightsl after which they can appoint more admins as needed. -- Wendy (talk)@fandom 03:00, August 25, 2013 (UTC)
