Any other information: Airhogs777 was the most-recently active Bureaucrat, but according to the admin users list http://shrek.wikia.com/wiki/Special:ListUsers/sysop, he hasn't been here for over four years and hasn't logged into his account for a year. GJ Fredbear hasn't been around for two years on both of those. So the wiki is definitely eligible for adoption. Also, since all the bureaucrats are inactive can they get they're rights removed? Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide.
