Any other information: I have asked one of the other users editing currently and they were fine with me adopting the wiki but the other person who also has been editing has been quite inactive for a while now so I may not get a reply back from them since they notice their messages very slowly.

You fit the requirements for the adoption, just keep editing every day once or twice (just to show your active) and Staff will review the adoption.

- Hello. Your contributions look good, and thanks for talking to LurkerZ. However you will at least need to leave a message for Diadochia to let her know you intend to adopt the wiki.
