Any other information: I discovered this wiki when trying to create a new wikia with the same name today. There are template changes I would like to make to suit the wiki which cannot be made without admin access so I would like to adopt this wikia. Thank you!
EDIT: In regards to the other user, Oujitan, also contributing to the wiki, we are working together on reviving the wiki and have discussed through other social media that I should be the one to put in a form to adopt the page. Would a blog post still be necessary just to go through the official motions?

First, you do not have 30 edits, you only have 14; Second, you have to be contributing on that wiki consitantly for at least a week; Third, it looks like there are other users on there, so you would have to make either a blog post or a forum to let them know that you're trying to adopt that wiki and get their opinion on it. On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? I can't seem to find the Admin here but I know the username was Straydog12 (http://yume100.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Straydog12) and I read that their last edit was July 26, 2015.
Any other information: The Wiki currently has only two active users, myself and Doropyan whom is a good friend of mine. I also have the link to the blogpost announcing that I wanted to adopt the Wiki here: http://yume100.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Oujitan/Adopting here~
I hope to revamp the Wiki and I would love to have Admin rights to it!
