If I may, perhaphs you should have awaited a little longer. You should requested adoption after you have started editing there, the more the better. From what I´ve seen you have messaged him but I don´t think you have given him the proper time to answer so maybe you should wait a little more. Besides, if he is active everyday, you can just ask him to edit on the wiki that he founded. I believe that he is the only administrator but he must unactive for 60 days, and now there are still a little more than 50 according to you. I see you want to be an administrator, but you can ask to become one instead of asking for an adoption that maybe is not needed. Plus you must also make sure you are not blocked in any other wiki.
