FANDOM App: New Features

Android Version 2.0 (August 13th) iOS Version 2.1.0 (July 24th)
The FANDOM app has received a substantial update! It now offers wiki content, Discussions content, and a user profile where you can access all the fandoms you follow.

The app now also supports Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Italian, Polish, and Portuguese.

  • You can edit your avatar and bio in your app profile.
  • Find notifications for new posts and upvotes for each of your fandoms.
  • While reading wiki articles, there is a forward and back button for easier browsing.

Community Apps: New Features

Android Version 2.9.8 (June 6th) iOS Version 2.9 (Jan 11th)
  • All community apps are now compliant with the new European law GDPR
  • Users within the EU will be asked to accept or reject data tracking upon opening the app for the first time.
  • EU users can change their mind about being tracked in the app settings.
  • Due to the new European law GDPR, the apps are no longer available in the store to users within the EU.
  • We are no longer actively supporting the iOS community apps and won't be fixing bugs or adding features.
  • You can find all the same wiki articles, Discussions and more in the unified iOS FANDOM app.
