Naoki Kinoshita (木下尚紀, born 1st October 1969) is a Japanese voice actor who provided voices for the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends, during the fifth series.
He is best known for voicing Bunshuu from Ikki Tousen: Dragon Dynasty and Zhang Liao from Dynasty Warriors 2.
