AxeKnightmon is a Dark Knight Digimon. It is the fused figure of SkullKnightmon and Axemon, who have exchanged cups of brotherhood. AxeKnightmon, who brings the older brother's ingenuity together with the younger brother's mobility, has become a first-class warrior. The skills of AxeKnightmon, who can use the "Twin Spear" it wields to thrust, slash, sweep, or throw as the situation calls for, are very advanced, and it is said there are few people powerful enough to fight AxeKnightmon fairly to its face and defeat it. While AxeKnightmon possesses that much competency, it will use any means to achieve its goals and won't hesitate to get its hands dirty, and sometimes it will even be willing to betray its own comrades. AxeKnightmon, who is furnished to an implacable depth with merit, is an opponent that you don't want to turn into an enemy, if you can help it.[8]
Attacks
- Twin Spear: Stabs with its Twin Spear. In Digimon Masters it attacks the enemy with energy released from its Twin Spear.
- Shoulder Blade: Attacks the enemy with the axe blade on its shoulder.
- Undead Soldier: Summons the spirits of dead Digimon to attack enemies.
- Treason Vortex: Spins its Twin Spear to form a vortex of darkness.
- Multi-Dimensional Axe[9] (超次元アックス Choujigen Axe?, lit. "Super-dimensional Axe"): Slashes with an axe capable of breaking down the walls between dimensions.
Design
AxeKnightmon is the DigiFuse of SkullKnightmon and Axemon. A tall, knight-like figure where SkullKnightmon forms the body, with the skull face on its chest now covered by golden chest armor from Axemon's head. Axemon's front legs now become the lower legs of AxeKnightmon while Axemon's axe head-like torso is attached to AxeKnightmon's left shoulder. It wears a a long black cape and has a skeleton-like face with yellow eyes. The two red lances of SkullKnightmon now merge into its primary weapon, the Twin-Spear.
