Hey Joseph? I don't think this one is resolved yet... Could this be the problem (not sure)? The request (toaruuniverseindonesia) does not have "id." in its url, but it is the Indonesian Wiki and is supposed to be working when adding [[id:]], I'v tried it on the German, English, Italian, and Russian counterparts, like Fuji said, including the French one, none of them worked when [[id:]] is being added.

Hi, it can take up to 24 hours for the caches to be cleared. You will simply have to be patient as such a process can take quite a bit of time to complete. If it is not working in 24 hours from now then please come back and we will look into it.
