This is a place to request administrator privileges for the Central Wikia. If I understood you correctly, that's not what you want. Read this article for instructions on how to adopt an inactive wiki. A quote from that page:

If you require adminship on the wiki (for example, to change the logo or deal with vandalism) and you have made a good number of edits to the wiki for a week or more, you can request adminship from any member of Wikia's Community Team.
